Terms and Conditions of Bouncy Castle Hire
By hiring our bouncy castle, the customer agrees to the following terms:
Use and Supervision
The bouncy castle must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times during use.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that all users follow safety guidelines provided.
Damage and Repairs
Any damage to the bouncy castle or equipment (including deflation, tearing, or structural damage) caused during the hire period will result in repair or replacement charges. This includes intentional misuse or neglect.
The cost of repairs or full replacement (if necessary) will be assessed and billed to the customer.
Cleaning Charges
The customer is responsible for ensuring the castle is kept in a clean condition.
A cleaning fee of £___ will apply if the bouncy castle is returned dirty, stained, or with food, drink, face paint, glitter, or other substances requiring extra cleaning.
Liability and Injury
Use of the bouncy castle is entirely at the customer’s and users' own risk.

The customer must ensure the area is safe and clear of obstacles before setup and during use.
Weather Conditions
In the event of rain or high winds, the castle must be deflated and secured. Continued use in unsafe weather may result in damage and additional charges.
Delivery and Setup
We will set up and secure the bouncy castle at the beginning of the hire. The customer must not move or adjust the setup once installed.
Power must be available on-site unless otherwise arranged.
General Conduct
No shoes, sharp objects, animals, smoking, alcohol, or food are allowed on the bouncy castle.
Any misuse may lead to immediate termination of the hire without refund.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations within 48 hours of the booking may incur a cancellation fee.
By accepting the delivery or using the equipment, the customer agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
